Hello my fellow flower lovers!
Today I'm beyond delighted to share with you these stunning photos from real bride Louanne and her husband Adrian.
Their wedding took place this September at the stunning Langtons House, followed by the wedding breakfast in the bride and grooms own garden, under a romantic marquee set up.
Like many of my other brides, Louanne had a few worries about the big day. And no, not in a 'run away bride' sense (gosh I love that movie) I'm talking of course about Covid and all the horrid uncertainties its brought for so many couples this year. But despite the ups and downs we've all faced with celebrations this year, I feel like we all appreciate those special moments where we all come together, more than ever.
She'd been planning the wedding for a long time and all with a baby boy to look after too, so when these two love birds finally tied the knot, I was so so happy for them.
I've never met Louanne and Adrian face to face, (unless you count a zoom call interrupted slightly by my window cleaner!) but anyone can tell from these pictures how deeply in love this couple is. Its all in the eyes, and nothing makes you feel closer and more in love than standing in front of all your loved ones and telling them that you've found the one. The one who's smile makes your heart skip a beat. The one who knows you better than anyone. The one who you just cant be without.
That's why I love weddings. And boy, do I love what Louanne has pulled together here. From the white and green colours, with a touch of gold. Elegant crockery from White House Crockery. And a cake that looks so tall and dreamy, you can practically taste it from here.
Louanne was inspired by our 'Fiona' bouquet and we worked together to create her perfect wedding florals to match the style of her very pretty, detailed and off white gown. She wanted all white flowers and foliage, wild and whimsical, so of COURSE, I was all over that amazing brief straight away!
Together we designed a bridal bouquet, buttonhole and a top table garland to match and I really enjoyed making these. I adore using wild artificial florals and even green flowers, all at different stages, from fully open to tiny buds, all to make our fabulous faux as realistic as possible.
Huge congratulations again guys and thank you for sharing these beautiful images with me.
Enjoy the wedding inspiration!
